World Squash Federation President thanks Sports Minister for the outstanding organization of Handball World Cup

Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, received a statement of gratitude from Zena Wooldridge, President of the World Squash Federation, during which she expressed her great happiness and congratulations on Egypt's success in hosting the World Handball Championship, which came in light of the Corona pandemic to send a positive message to the whole world stating that Egypt is able to host the greatest tournaments and to show its strength and readiness for that. 

She noted that Egypt's success in hosting various squash tournaments in the recent period is the best proof of that as well, which comes in light of the efforts and permanent and standing coordination of the Minister of Youth and Sports. 


She added that she trusts Egypt's success in hosting the World Junior Squash Championship from 9 to 20 August 2021, which is the first World Squash Championship to be organized since the beginning of the Corona pandemic, which is a great thing, and we are all confident and optimistic that the tournament will gain support from other countries as many teams from these countries will participate in the first tournament organized under the umbrella of the World Federation since the pandemic. She noted that the next stage will witness a lot of coordination between the World Federation and the Egyptian Squash Federation for the sake of the tournament.
